These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the blueprintrank.com website. They are an agreement between you and JPL Digital Growth Group Inc. (Groupe de Croissance Numérique JPL inc. in French), which operates the BlueprintRank brand (“BlueprintRank”, “we”, “us” or “our”), NEQ 1174574369, with its head office at 68 montée Tourlognon, Baie-Saint-Paul, Quebec G3Z 2E8, Canada.

By accessing or using the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

1. About the website and services

The website provides information about our local search visibility (SEO), digital marketing and online visibility services. Website content is provided for general information only and is not legal, accounting, tax or other professional advice. Any engagement for services is confirmed separately by a contract or service agreement.

2. Eligibility and acceptable use

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit anyone else’s use of the website.

You must not:

  • use the website in violation of any law or regulation;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts or data;
  • interfere with the security, integrity or performance of the website;
  • introduce malicious code, bots, automated scrapers or other harmful technologies;
  • copy, reproduce, republish or exploit website content except as the law allows or with our prior written consent;
  • submit false, misleading or fraudulent information;
  • use the website to transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, harassing or abusive.

3. No warranty as to accuracy

8. No guarantee of results

BlueprintRank does not guarantee any ranking or position in Google or in the local pack, any traffic, number of calls, quote requests or contracts, or any mention by an artificial intelligence assistant (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini or any other). Search engines and AI assistants are operated by third parties, and we do not control their results.

Targets stated in a written service agreement are goals we work toward, not promised outcomes. Services are offered month to month: the client may end them as set out in the agreement.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and all of its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty, representation or condition of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory.

Without limiting the foregoing, we disclaim any implied warranty or condition of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, compatibility, security, availability and accuracy.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlueprintRank and JPL Digital Growth Group Inc., and their directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates and service providers, will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data or opportunity, arising out of or related to:

  • your access to or use of the website;
  • your inability to access or use the website;
  • errors, omissions or inaccuracies in website content;
  • unauthorized access to or alteration of transmissions or data;
  • third-party services, tools, websites or content;
  • viruses, malware or other harmful components;
  • any other matter relating to the website.

These Terms do not limit or exclude the separate liability we may have under a written service contract signed separately with a client. If liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BlueprintRank, JPL Digital Growth Group Inc., and their directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates and service providers from any claim, liability, damage, loss, cost or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to:

  • your use of the website;
  • your breach of these Terms;
  • your violation of applicable law;
  • your infringement of a third party’s rights.

12. Privacy

Your use of the website is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use and protect personal information.

13. Suspension or termination

We may suspend, restrict or terminate your access to the website, without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms, misused the website or created a legal, operational or security risk.

We may change these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the website after the revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of them.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, excluding conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or relating to the website will be submitted to the competent courts of the Province of Quebec, in the judicial district of Charlevoix or any other competent judicial district chosen by us, subject to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.
